Co-operation

Creative Drop DMCC is ready to provide services with maximum support by acting as a flexible and dynamic partner with your company in terms of providing relevant content as required and considered necessary by both companies.

Contract Type: One Time

The agency will be having a one contract with the client from the initiation to the end of work. If the client needs to terminate the contract, legible notice to be provided for the termination. After the initiation of the work, the advance down payment will not be refunded in any case if the work needs to be terminated from client’s end. If the agency needs to terminate the contract, the payment will be repaid with the deduction of workmen’s compensation. The final source files will be shared with the client at the end of the contract period once after receiving the full payment mentioned in the invoice receipt.

Payment Terms

The payment terms will be 50% Advance + 30% Upon Approval of the concepts of profile & Website + 20% Upon Completion before deploying the web & sharing the final files based on the scope of work . The agency will stick to the payment terms mentioned in the proposals. Tasks will be initiated after receiving the initial down payment from the client’s end. The final / pending payment to be processed before sharing the final source files with the client.

Timeline

Timeline vary for each and every scope of work. Timelines for each stage of design works will be clearly mentioned in the proposal and Creative Drop will be assuring to complete each task within the prescribed timeline of work. Timeline may vary depending on the feedbacks and comments receiving from the client’s end.

Workflow

Project will be initiated after receiving the necessary information from client’s end to prepare the draft. Necessary drafts will be shared with the client for their review and feedback as per the mentioned timeline. The workflow will not be interrupted in any case by the agency from the initial to the final point of the project. The pausing and resuming of the flow of work will purely depending on the feedbacks and comments receiving from the client.

Deliverables

  • 4 to 6 options of initial logo designs with unlimited revisions for the preferred options
  • 12 Pages of Company Profile
  • Business stationary including business cards, letter head, email signature, envelope and stamp - 4 to 6 pages of dynamic informative website

Note:

  • The designs for Company profile, stationary and the website will be started once after finalizing the logo
  • The website will be an informative website without any e-commerce functionalities
  • 5% of Value Added Tax will be applicable on the total amount

The Client will give the Creative Drop clear briefings and ensure that all the facts given about the Accounts are accurate. Creative Drop will co-operate fully with the Client and use reasonable care and skill to make the tasks as successful as is to be expected from a competent agency. The Client will help the Creative Drop do this by making available to the Creative Drop all relevant information.

  • The charges are mentioned for shoot of project sites at one Emirate either Dubai or Ajman or Sharjah
  • Necessary site permits and point of contacts at each site need to be arranged from client's end
  • If any additional sites to be covered charges will be calculated based on the location
  • 5% of Value Added Tax will be applicable on the total amount

Note:

  • Necessary permits/passes need to be arranged by the client for the shoot day
  • If any floor plans or structural diagrams are required for the stand, additional charges will be applicable
